Overview
Whether you’re a walking group yearning for the South West Coastal Path or a geography field trip exploring the Jurassic Coast, YHA Lulworth Cove is a great mix of coast and countryside. This cosy timber-framed hostel is a peaceful retreat for groups, surrounded by fantastic walking routes through the Dorset hills. Lulworth Cove itself is a gem of geology, making it a must-see for schools.
With on-site workshops and a room named ‘Durdle Door’, our hostel is in easy walking distance of the cove and village facilities. YHA Lulworth Cove offers a comfy TV lounge, a garden with picnic tables, and a quiet space to study or read. We’ve got a nice selection of beer and wine too.
After tucking into our catering options (we can serve breakfast, packed lunches and evening meals to hungry groups), head outside to enjoy the surrounding area. Walking groups are spoilt with our dramatic chalk cliffs, and wildlife lovers will find Monkey World and two wildlife reserves nearby. For something different, try the thrilling Lulworth RIB Rides or have a fun day at the Tank Museum.
