Overview
Discover one of the Lake District’s most popular towns – YHA Keswick sits just a few minutes from the centre and all its amenities and attractions. Not only are you near Keswick Museum and the famous Theatre by the Lake, but our hostel is surrounded by thrilling outdoor adventures. Groups can cycle the Coast 2 Coast route, walk up mighty Skiddaw, or visit a leisure centre just metres away.
With plenty of space for socialising and studying school groups can take advantage of our hostel’s biology and geography packages. Whether you’re getting adventurous with abseiling or making a splash with stream scramble, there are some great activities to try. You’ll find handy free Wi-Fi too.
Group catering can be arranged for activity groups and educational visits, and there’s a licensed bar too – perfect for a night on our riverside veranda. Walking parties will love our location; there’s excellent access to the North Lakes Fells, or you could sail across Derwentwater to climb Catbells. You could even head to our neighbouring leisure centre for an indoor pool and climbing wall.
